Here’s what Alec has to say about this event:
Well, we are finally heading to Las Vegas to pick up the assets of Star Trek: The Experience from the warehouse. The items we ship back to the Propworx warehouse will be pretty cool and I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised by some of the great items we bring back (think Quark’s Bar sign, very cool Captain’s chairs, portable Quark’s Bar sections, bridge items, etc.).
But there is a lot that will not be in the Propworx Star Trek auction. And those items will be sold this weekend at the Star Trek: The Experience warehouse at 66 Spectrum Blvd in Las Vegas, NV. Doors open at 10:00 A.M. and close at 3:00 P.M. and it is all cash and carry. (OK, we will take a check if you twist our arm, but no credit cards.)
The feature item is a table and 4 chairs from Quark’s bar for only $ 195! We have a number of sets of these, so come and get ‘em.
We also have Borg Alcoves, which are very cool, but need a little cleaning and minor repair. (Yes, the one in the photo below is upside down!)

Yes, this Borg Alcove is up-side down. However, if you buy it, you'll be able to put it right-side up.
There are also wall panels, bar stools, and plenty of costumes! Both TNG and DS9 style of Starfleet costumes are readily available, and we should even have your size (assuming you are not of retired Klingon proportions!).
If you have questions, feel free to contact us, but we don’t have a lot of info as we will be sifting through everything Thursday and Friday, so I will post more info then.

Will you publishing a (mostly) comprehensive list of the items for sale, and their prices, before Friday? Some of us are trying to decide to fly out to Las Vegas and could use this information.
Rob:
Stay tuned to Propworx.com for updates. We’ll have updates on what items you can expect to see from this warehouse sale, but it will not be a comprehensive list.
Any way to get the tables & chairs SHIPPED?
It’s all cash and carry, and the items must be removed from the warehouse by 3 P.M.
Why did no one get the word out about any of these auctions???I live in Alabama and not one word or tv commercial, radio whatever was announced!!! I had to have a friend who lives out there call and tell me..SO what is for sale,,not much on this site that I can see..Help
Ralph,
This is merely for the warehouse sale. The actual live auction will be held in August (dates are on the schedule page), and you will certainly be hearing about it across the web and on the radio!
Stay tuned for Propworx.com for more information on this warehouse sale and that wonderful, world-class auction!
I saw in the vid that you have the big posters of each of the crews from different shows. will you be selling them individually or as a set? thank you!
This is somewhat saddening. If they are clearing all of their inventory from the now defunct ST:TE, then it would seem that there is no intention to continue with the second project that was announced last year. I really hope that this is not the case. I would love to get a hold of some of those props though.
Hi Justin,
This was an event to celebrate the passing of the older incarnation of Star Trek: The Experience, as CBS determined these assets were no longer usable for this endeavor. We are pleased that these pieces of history made their way to the fans—as opposed to the lonely Island of Misfit Props, or even worse. There are plans for a newer version of The Experience, so this warehouse sale should not be seen as (and isn’t!) the death knell to the second ST:TE project. At all. Some of these props are still available, and you will want to contact startrek@propworx.com to inquire about what is still available for direct sale. (Also, do note that the finer pieces from The Experience exhibit will be auctioned off in our August live auction, so not everything is sold just yet!)
And if you want to talk about these warehouse sales and auctions, we strongly encourage you to join our friendly, informative official Propworx forum and join in on the fun!
Live long and prosper!
